ROBERTO GARCÍA OLEA

Managing Director – Property Manager | Lawyer

Roberto García Olea holds a law degree and is a lawyer by profession. With a solid track record in the legal field, he has specialized in property management, a field he has practiced since 1993.

Over more than three decades, Roberto has consolidated his experience leading the comprehensive management of homeowners’ associations, combining his legal knowledge with a practical and decisive approach. His commitment, professionalism, and approachable approach make him a key figure within Interfinca, where he serves as Managing Director.

MERCEDES GUERRA

Co-Director – Property Manager | Senior Accountant

Mercedes Guerra is a property manager and co-manages Interfinca with Roberto García Olea. Although her original training is in education, she has developed a solid career in the property management sector.

In addition to managing homeowners’ associations, Mercedes plays a key role as the office’s main accountant, responsible for Interfinca’s economic and financial department. She is particularly meticulous in monitoring major projects in the communities, overseeing their planning, execution, and budget control. She pays special attention to the quality of the final work, ensuring that all processes are completed correctly.

Her profile combines organization, experience, and attention to detail that instills confidence and security in clients.

CAROLINA ROMERO

Junior Accountant | Administrative Management and Reception

With a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Development Cooperation, Carolina has a solid track record at Interfinca, where she performs key functions in accounting, reception, and administrative management. Her responsibilities include coordinating and distributing emails, as well as following up on various administrative tasks.

Her versatility, initiative, and in-depth knowledge of internal processes make her a constant source of support for the entire team.

ÁLVARO LORENTE

Lawyer | Legal Claims | Administrative Support

Graduated in Law and Criminology, Álvaro recently joined the team, bringing a combination of youth and experience. He previously worked in the real estate sector and currently collaborates with Roberto on judicial and pre-judicial management of defaults, as well as civil law cases.

He also handles customer service and assists with various general office tasks, establishing himself as a versatile and valuable supporter of the organization.
